About Lisa

With nearly 20 years of experience in both the nonprofit and business sectors, I support nonprofit leaders in seeing the big picture while staying grounded in their unique vision, goals, and challenges. I bring a strategic, results-driven approach to planning and organizational growth, helping mission-driven organizations move forward with purpose. I am committed to excellence.

I hold an MBA from the University of Kentucky and a B.S. in Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University. I’m a lifelong learner, avid reader, and stay informed about today’s challenging environment.

My Kentucky roots run deep. That’s where I grew up and was formed by my work with Head Start and community action. I raised my family there, owned a small business along the way, then returned to my love of mission-driven work.

When I became an empty-nester, I jumped at the opportunity to relocate to the Tampa Bay area. I love to be outside soaking up the warmth and sunshine, kayaking, swimming, walking, and exploring all that Florida has to offer!
